The weekend came and went, a superbly sunny affair. Some great miles logged around Richmond Park, shadowed by some minor mishaps - but no heart lost.
The bikes are now patiently waiting, wrapped in card and foam, locked in an Embankment basement and waiting for a courier to whisk them up to Inverness where we shall be reunited on Friday morning.
The countdown continues...
